Key Responsibilities

- Process and monitor the complete trade lifecycle from trade capture to settlement.
- Perform cash, position, and trade reconciliations.
- Maintain investment portfolios in Black Mountain (Everest/Allvue).
- Monitor corporate actions, interest payments, principal repayments, and other lifecycle events.
- Investigate and resolve trade breaks and reconciliation exceptions.
- Coordinate with custodians, brokers, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly portfolio reporting.
- Assist with NAV validation and valuation support.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, investment guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in UAT, process improvements, and system enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Experience with Black Mountain Everest / Allvue
- Strong understanding of fixed income, loans, private credit,



or alternative investments.
- Knowledge of trade settlement, reconciliations, and cash management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2–8 years of Middle Office/Investment Operations experience.
- Experience supporting hedge funds, private equity, private credit, or asset management firms.
- Exposure to SQL or reporting tools is an advantage.
