Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Production, or related)
Experience: 1+ years in Powder Coating Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare metal components for powder coating by cleaning, masking, sanding, and surface pre-treatment as per process requirements.
- Set up and operate powder coating equipment, ensuring correct coating thickness, finish, and adhesion.
- Read and interpret production drawings, work orders, and coating specifications.
- Prepare and stage raw materials and components for coating according to the production schedule.
- Monitor the powder coating process and adjust equipment settings to achieve the required quality standards.
- Inspect coated components for finish, thickness, color consistency, and overall quality, reporting any deviations immediately.
- Use hand tools, grinders, and other equipment for surface preparation and finishing as required.




- Ensure all materials and finished products are properly identified and labeled throughout the production process.
- Perform routine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of powder coating equipment.
- Review work-in-progress, maintain production records, and ensure jobs are completed within the specified timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure working environment by following 5S, quality, and safety procedures.
- Demonstrate regular attendance, punctuality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
