URGENT HIRING

We are seeking a smart, result-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, maintaining HR records, and supporting various HR processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end onboarding for recent hires — offer letters, documentation, induction schedules, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS with accuracy and timeliness.
- Process employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, and separations as per policy.
- Coordinate smooth offboarding, including exit interviews, clearance, and full-and-final settlement inputs.
- Ensure all HR processes comply with labour laws and company.
- Track and manage attendance, leave records, and timesheet data in coordination with payroll.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs — attendance data, new joiners, exits,



and variable pay — with the payroll team
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programs.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR or HR Operations role.
- Experience in Tech Hiring would be a Plus
