Desired Profile

Software Development

Design, implement, test, and deploy enterprise-grade LMS, performance management, and AI-based learning software.

Technology Exposure

Work on frontend & backend (web/mobile), cloud, DevOps, ML, AR/VR, and advanced analytics as part of Stratbeans’ “9 Pillars” approach.

Tool Stack

PHP, Python, MySQL, Linux, Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins, Codeception, AngularJS, NodeJS, AWS, TensorFlow, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, NLTK, and more.

Client Interaction

Engage directly with clients for real-time support, integration,



and deployment of solutions.

Performance & Quality

Follow Agile practices, ensure tested code, and maintain high quality through automated/manual testing.

Growth & Learning

Gain cross-functional exposure and opportunities to rise quickly to management roles.

Solid Technical Skills

Hands-on programming knowledge with PHP/Python or other backend languages, plus good command of Data Structures & Algorithms.

Full-Stack Capability

Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML4/HTML5, CSS, and knowledge of MVC frameworks (Yii preferred).

Proactive Learner

Enthusiasm for learning new technologies like Machine Learning, NLP, and AI.

Competitive Spirit

Preference for candidates with programming contest experience and demonstrable rankings.
