Job Description:

- Assisting sales engineers with technical documentation, drafting proposals, and coordinating site assessment schedules.
- Coordinating with logistics and service departments to track orders, manage lead times, and schedule deliveries of bulky compressor units to client sites.
- Updating customer databases, tracking sales leads, and preparing sales reports.
- Accurately processing customer purchase orders, creating sales quotations, and managing invoicing for new equipment sales and spare parts.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
