Social Media Manager — Healthcare | Geeta Colony, Delhi

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and community-driven Social Media Manager to build and lead the online presence of our healthcare center in Geeta Colony, Delhi. If you love storytelling, design, and making a real difference in people's lives — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Content Creation Design scroll-stopping graphics, write warm and informative captions, and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) that educates patients and builds trust.

Strategy & Planning Own a monthly content calendar aligned with clinic services, health awareness campaigns, and community events.

Community Management Engage with our online community — responding to comments, DMs, and reviews with empathy, professionalism, and speed.

Brand Growth Grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn through organic strategies that turn followers into patients.

Analytics & Optimization Track weekly and monthly performance metrics, identify top-performing content, and continuously refine your approach.

Trend Awareness Stay ahead of healthcare marketing trends and social media algorithm shifts.





What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing (healthcare or wellness experience is a strong plus)
- Proficiency in design tools — Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Premiere Pro
- Video editing skills — CapCut or similar
- Exceptional writing ability: translating medical concepts into friendly, accessible content
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A portfolio is mandatory — please include links to accounts or campaigns you've managed
