ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

- Own and contribute to end-to-end SDLC delivery of .NET / Angular applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical design and implementation plans.
- Lead development across .NET (C#, Web API), Angular, and SQL Server.
- Ensure code quality, standards, and best practices through reviews.
- Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SQL Server .
- Apply design patterns and SOLID principles in application development.
- Drive component-level design decisions and guide team members.
- Handle team coordination, task allocation, and delivery tracking.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and technical challenges proactively.
- Work closely with Client / BA / PM for requirement clarification and delivery alignment.
- Provide technical solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.
- Participate in production support, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in quality processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and frameworks.
- Contribute to training and mentoring of team members.

DESIRED SKILLS

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in software design & development, database design, and system integration.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a Technical Lead role.




- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies – .NET / ASP.NET / .NET Core .
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Angular.

- Extensive experience in Full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar).
- Strong understanding of Git-based source control (branching strategies, pull requests).
- Knowledge of application security best practices and secure coding standards.
- Experience with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, Identity frameworks)
- Strong experience in SQL Server (database design, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Experience with Microsoft platform and solution stack (Web, APIs, enterprise applications).
- Good understanding of OOPS concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Exposure to Quality Management Processes and best practices.
- Experience in MVC architecture, REST APIs, and Web Services.
- Experience in enterprise application development (support + enhancements).

GOOD TO HAVE

- Exposure to .NET MAUI for cross-platform application development.

EDUCATION

- Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or related field.

WORK LOCATION

- Pune / Raipur / Remote (For remote employees, travel to Raipur will be required for onboarding and for a two-week period every quarter).
