Key Responsibilities

- Drive student admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the admissions and sales team.
- Build partnerships with colleges, corporates, and educational institutions.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Conduct counselling, presentations, seminars, and promotional events.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or the Education Industry.
- Solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Experience in team handling and client relationship management.
