HR Manager

Location: Pattukottai

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Qualification: MBA (HR) / MBA with HR Specialization

Experience: 5–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete HR function, including Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding.

Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and best practices.

Monitor attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.

Conduct monthly review meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action plans.

Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.

Identify training needs and organize Learning & Development programs.

Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures.

Support department heads in manpower planning and workforce optimization.

Prepare HR MIS reports, analytics,



and management dashboards.

Ensure smooth HR operations across all branches while maintaining organizational culture.

Requirements

MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification.

5–8 years of proven experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.

Solid knowledge of Recruitment, Performance Management, Labour Laws, and HR Operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.

9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
