Qualification

- M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Ph.D. in Structural Engineering (preferred).

Experience

- 14–18 years of experience in Research & Development, Structural Engineering, or Product Development within the construction, infrastructure, or PEB industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead research and innovation initiatives for new structural systems, construction technologies, and engineering solutions.
- Develop and evaluate sustainable materials and cost-effective construction methodologies.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project cost, quality, and performance.
- Lead the development of new products, structural components, and innovative construction systems.
- Conduct structural analysis, testing, validation, and performance evaluations of new products and systems.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and project execution teams to implement innovative solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, research papers, patents, and technical publications.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, national and international codes, and best practices.
- Establish research methodologies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for R&D; activities.
- Coordinate with academic institutions, research organizations, consultants,



and technology partners on collaborative research projects.
- Mentor and guide the R&D; team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and research methodologies.
- Expertise in structural innovation and system development.
- Experience in sustainable materials and advanced construction technologies.
- Robust understanding of value engineering and product development.
- Technical writing, research documentation, and publication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, ANSYS, AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

- Experience in PEB structures, modular construction, prefabrication, or advanced building systems.
- Knowledge of BIM, digital engineering, and automation in structural design.
- Patent filing or published technical research will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.20 - ₹25,000.00 per month
