We are a growing architecture and interior design firm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to help manage our daily financial records and office accounts.
This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates and interns.
Responsibilities
- Record daily company income and expenses.
- Maintain purchase and payment records.
- Track client payments and outstanding balances.
- Record supplier invoices and expenses.
- Maintain petty cash records.
- Organize bills, invoices, and financial documents.
- Prepare simple weekly and monthly expense reports.
- Update records using Microsoft Excel or accounting software.
- Assist with general office administration when required.
Requirements
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or equivalent (Freshers welcome).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Honest, organized, and responsible.
Training & Employment
We welcome both interns and fresh graduates.
- Interns will undergo a 1-month training/internship period to learn our workflow and responsibilities. Based on satisfactory performance, they will be offered a full-time paid position.
- Candidates who have already completed an accounting internship or have relevant practical experience may be considered directly for a paid fresher position, depending on their skills and interview performance.
