Role Overview:

Papillon is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling materials for events, concerts, on-ground activations, and ATL/BTL campaigns. The role demands a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and an understanding of event aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative designs for event collaterals, branding materials, stage backdrops, digital creatives, invites, and decks.
- Create client presentations and pitch decks based on briefs shared by the client servicing and event teams.
- Understand brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual outputs.
- Support in the design execution of ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including client servicing, production, and operations for project execution.
- Edit and adapt designs quickly based on client feedback and changing requirements.
- Maintain an organized archive of design projects and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.

Skills & Competencies:

- Robust command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, After Effects preferred).
- Understanding of event layouts, spatial design, and print/digital formats.




- Ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals and presentations.
- Good sense of colour, typography, and composition.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
- Basic understanding of events, branding, and on-ground marketing activities.
