Job Summary:-

We are looking for a Real Estate Project Manager to join our team and lead the planning, execution, and completion of real estate development projects. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a critical role in managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Your primary duties will include overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, as well as managing relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project. You will also be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing project proposals, and ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. In this role, you will also be expected to stay updated on market trends, zoning laws, and other factors that may impact the success of your projects.

Requirements :-

- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
