- Post- HR Officer/HR Genralist-(Labour Law Experiance)
- Location-Ahmedabad-(Bavla)
- Experiance- 2yrs to 5yrs-(Manufactruing Industry Experiance mostly prefred)
- Salary- 4.5lac-(Depening upon experiance level)
Short JD
- Proven Experiance As HR Offier in any Plant/Manufactruning Industry atleast 2yrs
- Experiance in Labour Law/Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, Bonus, and Gratuity Acts.
- Ensure timely payment of salaries as per Payment of Wages Act.
- Submit monthly/quarterly returns to labour authorities.
- Maintain records of all employees as per Factory Act requirements.
- End to End Recruitment process
- Source, interview, and hire skilled and unskilled workers.
