We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), particularly Document Processing AI (DPA/Document Understanding), along with robust integration expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega Platform.
- Build and customize case management workflows, data models, and user interfaces.
- Develop Data Pages, Activities, Flows, Decision Tables, Decision Trees, and Integrations.
- Integrate Pega applications with Oracle OCI services, including Document Processing AI (DPA/Document Understanding).
- Develop REST/SOAP services and consume external APIs.
- Configure document processing workflows using OCR and AI-based document extraction.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Follow Pega guardrails and development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).




- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an added advantage.
- Exposure to cloud-native application development and microservices is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS (explicitly call out must-have and nice-to-have skills expectations)

Must-have Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development.
- Strong experience in Case Management, Data Pages, Flows, UI, Integrations, and Security.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience with Oracle Document Processing AI (DPA/Document Understanding).
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SOAP, and system integrations.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Java development experience.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud deployment concepts.
- Experience working in Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare domains.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
