Jewellery Sales Manager – Job Profile

- Managing daily showroom operations and ensuring smooth business activities.
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Leading, inspiring, and supervising the sales team to maximize performance.
- Providing excellent customer service and building long-term customer relationships.
- Assisting customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
- Handling high-value sales and resolving customer queries and complaints.
- Monitoring inventory, stock movement, and coordinating stock replenishment.
- Ensuring proper display and merchandising of jewellery collections.
- Coordinating with purchase and inventory teams for stock planning.
- Managing billing, invoicing, and payment collections.
- Preparing daily sales reports, MIS reports, and performance analysis.
- Conducting staff training on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Planning and executing promotional campaigns and festive sales events.
- Maintaining showroom security and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handling exchange, buyback, and repair-related customer requests.




- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for timely product availability.
- Monitoring customer feedback and implementing service improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with hallmarking, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Building relationships with VIP and corporate clients to increase repeat business.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve sales.
- Managing cash handling, daily closing, and showroom documentation.
- Supporting recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluation of sales staff.
- Preparing monthly sales forecasts and business development strategies.
