Experience: 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in real estate
Key Responsibilities:
- . Daily issue/receipt of materials in ERP (Highrise)
- . Daily stock of all items.
- . Weekly physical stock taking.
- . Keep track at wastage (with Photograph).
- . Issue materials as per project plan/ERP Indent.
- . Indent as per project plan & physical stock.
- . Report to purchase team for defective items.
- . Follow up with vendors.
- . Mivan materials record
