Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Academic Counsellor** with experience in **Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales**. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students while achieving admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and sales techniques.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.




- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- * Stay updated on course offerings, admission policies, and industry trends.

Eligibility criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Solid convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
