Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, visual design, and usability best practices. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create engaging and seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve product experiences.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

- 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.




- Robust understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity designs.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design approaches.
- Understanding of usability testing methodologies and user research techniques.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of UX writing and content design principles.
- Experience designing SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise applications.
