Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and creative Studio Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of our Architecture Studio and Design Education programs.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with students, architects, mentors, schools, and internal teams while managing day-to-day studio activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily studio operations and schedules
- Communicate with students, parents, mentors, and team members
- Coordinate Architecture workshops, studio sessions, and events
- Assist in school outreach and workshop coordination
- Maintain student records, reports, and documentation
- Handle follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal team tasks
- Support social media, content, and promotional activities when required




- Ensure smooth communication between the Architecture Studio and Education teams
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, reviews, presentations, and student showcases

Requirements

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Interest in Architecture, Design, Education, or Creative Industries
- Comfortable interacting with students and parents
- Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented mindset

Candidates from Architecture, Design, Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields are welcome to apply.

Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
