Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Accounting to lead our accounting function and support the company’s financial growth. The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional with strong technical accounting expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to drive accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements.
This role is suitable for a high-potential finance leader who can grow into a broader Finance Controller / Head of Finance / CFO role in the future.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the full accounting function, including general accounting, financial reporting, closing activities, and compliance.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP, tax regulations, and internal accounting policies.
- Manage external audits, tax advisors, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Develop and strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and financial governance.
- Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members.
- Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
- Drive improvements in ERP systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.




- 8–12 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably with international exposure.
- Proven experience managing accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and international tax compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing teams and working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a multinational company or international reporting environment is preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
