Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Executive to assist clients with domestic and international travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for travel. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with travel inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Book flights, hotels, holiday packages, transportation, and travel insurance.
- Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Provide information on destinations, visa requirements, and travel policies.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking documentation.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth travel experience.




- Meet service quality standards and support sales targets when required.

Required Skills

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of travel booking portals is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Aviation, or any graduate.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in travel, tourism, customer service, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Familiarity with ticketing, hotel reservations, or travel software is a plus.
- Passion for travel and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,079.31 - ₹28,541.54 per month
