Job Description: Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Business Analyst to join our Healthcare BPO team. This role is critical in driving data-backed decision-making, optimizing financial performance, and supporting strategic initiatives across operations.

- Responsibilities: Analyze financial data including revenue, cost, and margin trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with operations, FP&A;, and BI teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, linking performance to financial outcomes.
- Recommend automation and process improvements using tools like Excel, Power BI, and AI based systems.




- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
- Assist in client reporting and support ad hoc analysis requests.

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 6 to 9 years of total experience with 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or business analytics, preferably in a BPO or healthcare setting.
- Robust proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and data visualization tools.
- Experience with PowerBI, ERP systems and financial reporting platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
