Roles & Responsibility

What You’ll Do:

Performance First: Align social with business goals — brand, engagement, commerce, advocacy.
Champion Content: Push a video-first approach — reels, shorts, UGC, lives.
Build Communities: Lead influencer partnerships and grow online communities.
Be Data-Driven: Track KPIs, leverage tools like Meta Suite, Sprout, Brandwatch, GA.
Innovate Constantly: Experiment with AI, AR, shoppable videos & new platforms.
Lead Teams: Inspire in-house talent & partner agencies toward best-in-class output.

Requirements

 10–15 years in digital/social media, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven ability to scale social media presence for lifestyle/consumer brands
