We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our real estate projects, generate quality leads, and build strong customer relationships through field activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and marketing, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field marketing activities to promote residential and commercial projects.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, roadshows, kiosks, and promotional campaigns.
- Meet potential customers and explain project details.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and bookings.
- Build relationships with local businesses, brokers, and referral partners.
- Distribute marketing materials in target locations.
- Participate in exhibitions, property events, and promotional activities.
- Submit daily field activity and lead generation reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and marketing targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned location.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
