- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 5–8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for building, urban, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects.
- Experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and budget monitoring.
- Review and verification of contractor bills, variations, and rate analysis.
- Knowledge of tendering, contract administration, and project cost control.
- Coordination with project teams, consultants, and contractors for commercial matters.
- Preparation of cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project MIS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools/software.
- Solid analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and ensure timely commercial deliverables.
