About This Role

In this internship, you will work closely with the Founder in handling day-to-day business operations, coordination, follow-ups, communication management, reporting, and strategic execution support.

The role demands ownership, professionalism, speed, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Embark on a journey through our company goals to translate them into practical action plans and trackable progress.
- Navigate the world of senior leadership by participating in key internal meetings and preparing strategic documents as an extension of the CEO’s office.
- Master the art of identifying risks and bottlenecks early, helping the team solve them to maintain business momentum.
- Unleash your creativity by preparing pitch-perfect presentations and notes that bring clarity to senior leadership.
- Dive deep into commercial intelligence by building weekly reports across sales, pipeline, and revenue to support sharper decision-making.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams spanning sales, finance, and product to deliver outcomes quickly.
- Transform ambiguous or fast-moving situations into structured solutions that push the boundaries of our efficiency.




- Keep your finger on the pulse of new business ideas and growth opportunities within the creator and media landscape.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment & solid follow-up and coordination skills
- Smart, presentable, and highly professional attitude with execution-focused mindset
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Candidate

- MBA / BBA / Management / Business-related background preferred; however, freshers can apply
- Prior internship experience in operations, coordination, HR, sales, or founder’s office is a plus
- Candidates interested in startups, business operations, and leadership exposure preferred.
