Job summary: The dental clinic manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent patient care and smooth administrative functioning. This role involves managing staff, handling patient relations, maintaining compliance and supporting the clinic's financial performance.

Key responsibilities

- Clinic operations management

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow.

Ensure clinic cleanliness, hygiene and infection control standards.

Coordinate with dentists, hygienists and support staff.

- Staff management

Recruit, train, supervise clinic staff.

Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Foster a positive and professional work environment.





Ensure high quality patient service and satisfaction handle patient inquires, complaints and feedback.

Maintain patient records and confidentiality.

- Financial &Administrative;

Manage billing, payment and insurance processing monitor clinic expenses and revenue.

Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.

Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment.

- Compliance & safety

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Maintain proper documentation and licenses.

Implement safety protocols and injection control procedures.
