Purchasing & Procurement Operations
Capable to execute the full P2P cycle independently in SAP
Track and manage open purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate system status
Align with warehouse, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth inbound material flow
Identify and resolve PO blocks, GR mismatches, and invoice discrepancies independently
EDI Monitoring & Coordination
Monitor EDI message queues and IDoc processing daily, ensuring all inbound and outbound messages are processed
Identify failed or stuck IDocs, diagnose the root cause(error or profile mismatch) and coordinate resolution with IT
Manage communication with vendors and customers on EDI issues, ensuring minimal disruption to order and delivery flows
Document recurring EDI issues and work with IT to implement permanent fixes
Master Data Maintenance
Own the master record and show ownership of getting clean data into the system
Execute timely updates to master data based on business changes in an agile organization
Audit master data regularly to identify and correct inconsistencies on a regular basis
Communication and coordination
Work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers on procurement processes, data standards, and operational reporting
Participate in regular alignment calls and provide explicit, structured updates on open items, EDI status, and master data health
Proactively flag risks, delays, or data issues to internal stakeholders with proposed solutions
Languages – Bi-Lingual proficiency in English is a must, at the least conversational proficiency in German is highly preferred
