Job description: -

- Preparation of documents as per project requirements.( QAP, WPS-PQR-WPQ,Dimension reports).
- Sound knowledge required for SOP Preparation, WPS establishment and welder qualification.
- Able to perform inspection of components as per required QAP, sound knowledge required for different inspection procedures like levelling, alignment, orientation , assembly, NDT activity - UT, RT, PT, MT, VT, SR, Hydro test , Pneumatic test.
- Having knowledge of different materials basic and alloy grades.
- Able to handle client for different projects.
- Capability to handle client compliances.
- Able to understand jobs with respect to drawing(2D/3D).
- Job inspection capability.
- Managed all the quality activities and prepared related documentation.
- Having managerial qualities.

Mandatory:-





ASNT NDT Level 2 will be preferred (Sound knowledge required in NDT Process like UT, RT, MT, PT,VT)

B. E (Mech.)- more than 10 years of experience in fabrication industries.

Diploma (Mech.)- more than 12 years of experience in fabrication industries.

Preferable:

Candidate having knowledge of working in heavy and medium structures like columns, beams, trestle towers, bracings and pressure parts and heat exchangers experience required.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
