Job Description Mandatory Requirements (Strict Compliance)

ONLY candidates meeting the following criteria will be considered:

Educational Qualifications: M.Com / B.Com with B.Ed.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience in CBSE or ICSE curriculum.
Track Record: Must have successfully mentored and sent at least two batches of students for Grade 12 Board Examinations in Accountancy and Commerce subjects.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent PGT Accountant with strong conceptual knowledge and excellent teaching abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Senior Secondary students (Grades 11 & 12), ensuring academic excellence and outstanding Board Examination results.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive lessons in Accountancy, Financial Management, Partnership Accounts, Company Accounts, Cash Flow Statements, and other Commerce-related subjects as per the CBSE syllabus.

Board Preparation

Plan and execute intensive revision schedules, conduct mock tests, and solve previous years’ Board question papers to ensure excellent academic performance.

Conceptual Clarity

Develop students’ analytical thinking, numerical accuracy,



and practical understanding of accounting principles and financial applications.

Evaluation

Assess answer scripts according to Board marking schemes, provide constructive feedback, and monitor individual student progress regularly.

Classroom Management

Maintain discipline, encourage active participation, and create a positive learning environment focused on academic growth.

Selection Process

Qualified candidates will be evaluated through a rigorous two-step process:

Teaching Demonstration

A live demo session on any Accountancy topic to evaluate teaching methodology, conceptual clarity, and classroom engagement.

Subject Interview

A technical interview involving in-depth questions on Accountancy concepts, Board exam patterns, and teaching strategies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
