Intune SME – Job Description:
- Implement and manage the Microsoft Intune environment to support mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) for various platforms, including iOS, Android, and Windows.
- Configure and manage device policies and profiles to ensure compliance and security.
- Enroll and onboard devices, troubleshoot enrollment issues, and support remote device management.
- Deploy and manage applications to end-user devices, ensuring secure and effective distribution.
- Implement app protection policies and conditional access to secure corporate data on mobile devices.
- Ensure that Intune policies align with security and compliance standards.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and apply appropriate security configurations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of Intune configurations, policies, and incidents.
