We are looking for a highly driven and curious individual to join our team as a New Product & Development Executive for our Men’s Lifestyle business. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to learn, move fast, and build within a high-growth consumer brand environment.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in sourcing and vendor management for products and packaging
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for sampling, costing, and timelines
- Support product development and launch processes end-to-end
- Research trends, ingredients, packaging, and competitor products
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, branding, and category
- Track product timelines, approvals, and inventory requirements
- Help optimize sourcing costs while maintaining quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to hustle
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong attention to detail and execution ability
- Interest in beauty, personal care, fragrances, or consumer brands is a plus
