Key Responsibilities

- Set up VMC machines according to production drawings and process requirements.
- Load, align, and secure workpieces, fixtures, and cutting tools.
- Perform tool setting, tool offset, and work offset adjustments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and process sheets.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure components meet quality standards.
- Monitor machining operations and make necessary parameter corrections.
- Change tools and inserts as required during production.
- Troubleshoot machine setup and machining issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain production records and machine setup documentation.
- Follow 5S, safety, and company quality procedures.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in precision machining.
- Knowledge of CNC programming basics.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Focus on quality and productivity.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
