Position: Traffic Incharge

Location: Siliguri position

· Arrange vehicles from the market to meet customer load requirements.

· Increase branch sales and profitability through effective utilization of market vehicles.

· Build and maintain a strong vendor network in Siliguri, Jaigaon (Bhutan), and nearby locations.

· Negotiate competitive freight rates while ensuring profitable margins for the company.

· Track all dispatched vehicles and ensure timely unloading and delivery within the customer's TAT.

· Coordinate closely with customers to ensure smooth loading and unloading operations.

· Resolve POD-related remarks with customers promptly to avoid claim deductions.

· Collect PODs on the same day, update the ERP system, and dispatch them to the Head Office.

· Ensure vendors follow the company's SOPs before vehicle placement.





· Optimize the utilization of company-owned vehicles to maximize operational efficiency.

· Manage branch administration, including stationery, office rent, and other routine requirements, by coordinating with the Head Office.

· Maintain qualified email communication and accurate ERP records

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor's Degree).

· Minimum Experience: 7–8 years, preferably in the core transportation industry, with strong knowledge of transportation operations, traffic management, and fleet operations.

Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per month
