About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Team Lead to oversee and streamline our day-to-day business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent coordination abilities, and prior experience in maintaining and optimizing operational workflows across sales and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the business operations team to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Monitor and maintain operational processes for sales, administration, and other internal functions.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Track departmental performance metrics and prepare regular reports on progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify gaps, address issues, and optimize workflows.
- Support management in decision-making through data analysis and performance insights.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:





- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in handling business operations, preferably in a multi-departmental environment.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process accuracy and performance tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in business operations or process management.
- B.E. degree (any discipline).
- Experience in Financial industries
