About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to drive our brand strategy in the marketing sector. This role is strategic and high-visibility; you will be responsible for presenting marketing plans, performance metrics, and budget justifications directly to the General Manager (GM) or CEO.
Key Responsibilities: · Leadership Engagement: Prepare and present comprehensive marketing strategies, campaign performance reports, and sales analysis to the GM or CEO. · Strategic Planning: Develop and implement brand plans to achieve market share and revenue targets. · Budget Management: Plan and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on all spends. · Agency Management: Lead external agencies (Media, Digital, Creative) to ensure timely delivery of assets.
· Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior marketing team members. Requirements: · Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in FMCG Marketing (Mandatory). · Education: MBA in Marketing preferred. · Proven Track Record: Experience in managing successful brand campaigns. · Presentation Skills: High proficiency in creating Executive-level presentations (PowerPoint/Canva). · Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ernakulam, Kerala
