KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Management
* Contact assigned leads immediately.
* Make 100+ outbound calls daily.
* Complete at least 10 quality conversations (2+ minutes).
* Follow up with new and existing leads.
* Update CRM after every customer interaction.
Customer Engagement
* Understand customer requirements.
* Explain project features and investment benefits.
* Share brochures, pricing, and location details.
* Build trust through professional communication.
Site Visit Management
* Schedule customer appointments.
* Conduct site visits independently.
* Explain project highlights confidently.
* Handle customer questions during site visits.
Sales & Closing
* Handle customer objections professionally.
* Negotiate with customers.
* Convert qualified leads into bookings.
* Coordinate documentation and registration.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
