Job Title: Customer Relations Officer (CRO) – Plastic Surgery

Location: Thiruvananthapuram

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to join our Plastic Surgery department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent patient support, managing appointments, coordinating consultations and follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless patient experience throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for plastic surgery patients.
- Coordinate patient consultations, appointments, procedures, and follow-ups.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients regarding treatment plans and schedules.
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships by providing exceptional customer service.




- Address patient queries and concerns promptly and coordinate with the medical team when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations, customer service, or a similar role in Clinic is more prefferable
- Degree or Postgraduate qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid customer-focused approach and problem-solving abilities.
- Male/Female candidates can apply.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
