Position Summary

The Faculty – Technology Management will contribute to Exeed College’s academic excellence by delivering high-quality instruction in technology-driven business disciplines and supervising student research. The successful candidate will be part of a energetic academic community, integrating business management with emerging technologies such as data analytics, information systems, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver synchronous sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Technology Management, Business Analytics, and Information Systems.
- Develop, update, and enhance course materials including lecture content, case studies, assessments, and digital learning resources aligned with emerging technologies.
- Integrate practical tools and technologies (e.g., data analytics platforms, Python, business intelligence tools)



into teaching and learning.
- Handle academic portfolios across postgraduate and doctoral programs in alignment with awarding body/university requirements.
- Supervise and mentor students undertaking research projects and dissertations.
- Provide academic guidance, constructive feedback, and career-oriented support to enhance student outcomes
- Support accreditation, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance processes.

Qualifications & Experience

- Doctorate (Ph.D. or equivalent) in one of the following or closely related fields:

– Management Information Systems

– Business Analytics / Data Analytics– Data Science

– Information Technology Management

- Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the higher education level, with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed academic journals in areas such as technology management, analytics, digital transformation, or related domains
- Proven capability in supervising postgraduate and/or doctoral-level student research
- Proficiency or working knowledge in tools/technologies such as Python, data analytics platforms, business intelligence tools, or information systems (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning methodologies is must

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
