Job Title: Loan Recovery Executive Job Type Full-Time Department Collections & Recovery Location Delhi NCR (or your preferred location) Salary ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Based on Recovery Performance) Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Loan Recovery Executive to recover overdue loan payments while maintaining a professional and respectful relationship with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities - Contact customers through calls and field visits regarding overdue loan payments. - Explain outstanding dues, penalties, and repayment options. - Negotiate repayment plans with customers. - Achieve monthly recovery targets. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery status. - Coordinate with legal and operations teams when required. - Visit customer addresses for field recovery when assigned. - Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and applicable laws. - Submit daily recovery reports to the reporting manager. - Resolve customer queries related to loan repayment. Eligibility - Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred. - Experience: 0–3 years in Loan Recovery, Collections, Banking, NBFC, Finance, or Telecalling.

Required Skills - Strong communication skills (Hindi; English is an added advantage). - Good negotiation and convincing ability. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile applications. - Ability to work under targets. - Honest, disciplined, and customer-focused attitude. Preferred Candidates - Experience in personal loan, business loan, vehicle loan, credit card, or microfinance recovery. - Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (preferred for field recovery roles).
