Sarrthi IAS is seeking a passionate and skilled Software Developer to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will work across the full development stack—from backend services to deployment—in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development
- Work across the full stack, from UI development to backend services and cloud infrastructure
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of professional experience as a Software Developer
- Strong knowledge of Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience with AWS, Firebase, and MongoDB
- Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in the EdTech domain is a plus
- Bonus: Knowledge of Python
