Coordination: Work closely with specialists, nurses, and support staff
Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate records, case sheets, and reports
Shift Responsibility: Ensure smooth hospital operations during assigned duty hours
Patient Communication: Explain conditions and treatment plans to patients and families
