We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to manage both inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers, and experience in handling enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Candidates with prior experience in the visa consultancy or Star Health Insurance sector will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Respond to customer emails and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information and maintain records in the company's database or CRM.




- Prepare daily call reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Telugu and Tamil.
- Intermediate-level English communication skills.
- Basic email handling and professional email communication.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented setting.
