5️⃣ Prelim CD- Preparing CD, knowledge on types of section and fees, good connect on Payoff, Taxes, knowledge on Title documents





6️⃣eRecording - Experience on title and closing documents and knowledge on third party applications (Simplifile/CSC)

7️⃣ PayOff - Experienced in calling, knowledge on types of section and fees, positive connect on Payoff, Taxes, knowledge on Title documents.
