- Able to Manage all Finance related matters of the vertical independently through his/her Team.
- Able to finalise Balance Sheet, Trial Balances, Profitability Reports etc. within the given time frames.
- Able to deal independently with External and Internal Auditors and get close their observations satisfactorily.
- Team Management and Leadership Skills a must.
- Analytical Skills to suggest and implement Preventive and Correction measures, wherever required and for Strategic Planning and Growth.
- Able to meet deadlines and generate required output of work within the given time frame.
