Safar On Holidays is a leading travel company specializing in domestic and international tour packages, visa services, travel insurance, and customized holiday experiences. We are currently expanding our Temple Tour Division and are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team.

Job Summary

As a Domestic Tour Counselor, you will assist customers in planning spiritual and pilgrimage tours across India. You will guide clients in selecting suitable temple tour packages, prepare customized itineraries, coordinate bookings, and provide excellent customer service throughout their travel journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients in planning and booking temple and pilgrimage tour packages.
- Understand customers' travel preferences, budgets, and religious travel requirements.
- Recommend suitable pilgrimage destinations, hotels, transportation, and sightseeing.
- Prepare travel quotations and customized itineraries.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Confirm bookings and maintain accurate reservation records.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Stay updated on pilgrimage destinations, temple festivals,



and seasonal travel trends.

Candidate Requirements

We're looking for candidates who:

- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Are comfortable interacting with families and senior citizens.
- Have a pleasant, patient, and empathetic personality.
- Are organized and able to handle multiple customer inquiries.
- Have basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Have experience in travel, tourism, customer service, sales, or hospitality (preferred).
- Are passionate about helping customers plan meaningful travel experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduation in any stream is preferred.
- Experience in domestic tour sales, pilgrimage tourism, customer service, or travel counseling is an advantage.
- Knowledge of major temple destinations across India will be an added advantage.
- Training will be provided to suitable candidates.
