Key Responsibilities & Role Details:
- Sales & Business Development: Source recent LAP cases through market visits, ), and existing client relationships.
- Experience : Loan against property experience is mandatory
- Customer Management: Guide customers on product features (ROI, fees, terms) and manage the entire lifecycle, including documentation and post-disbursal formalities.
- Credit & Risk: Perform initial credit evaluations, financial analysis, and coordinate with legal/technical teams for property valuation.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor products and market trends
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
