Job Title: Presales Executive

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AV Presales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AV system design and a strong understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of AV solutions. Knowledge of LED signage is a significant advantage. He will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the sales team, designing innovative AV solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers during the presales process.

- Solution Design: Design and develop innovative AV solutions that meet customer requirements and align with industry standards.

- Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals, including technical specifications, system designs, and cost estimates.

- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, conduct site surveys, and present AV solutions.

- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest AV technologies, products, and trends, with a focus on LED signage solutions.





- Training: Provide training and support to sales and technical teams on AV solutions and technologies.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of designs, proposals, and customer interactions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in AV technologies are a plus.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in AV system design and presales support.

- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of AV systems, including audio, video, control systems, and networking. Experience with LED signage is highly desirable.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Customer Focus: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented team environment.
