About the Role

Shree Bafna Public School is inviting applications from qualified, passionate, and dedicated educators for the position of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Hindi & Sanskrit. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching Senior Secondary students as per the CBSE curriculum while fostering language proficiency, literary appreciation, cultural values, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Hindi and Sanskrit to Senior Secondary students (Classes XI & XII) in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare annual, monthly, and daily lesson plans aligned with learning outcomes.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Encourage appreciation of Hindi and Sanskrit literature, poetry, grammar, and cultural heritage.
- Prepare question papers, assignments, worksheets, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback and remedial support.
- Integrate digital learning tools, activity-based teaching, and innovative pedagogical methods.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and other academic competitions.
- Maintain attendance records, academic documentation, and student progress reports.




- Participate actively in school events, literary activities, cultural programs, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Master's Degree (M.A.) in Hindi and/or Sanskrit from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent academic records and strong communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Strong command over Hindi and Sanskrit language, grammar, and literature.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi and English.
- Ability to engage students through interactive and learner-centric teaching methodologies.
- Familiarity with smart classroom technology and digital teaching tools.
- Robust organizational, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities.
